VIOLON Collection

Paolo Rizzatto, 2022

Paolo Rizzatto, a designer who has enriched Alias catalogue from its earliest days with
refined products, introduces an armchair with a flexible shell in the collection VIOLON that adapts to the body and provides great comfort.
The project arose from the idea of using a soft and structural material, leather, reworked from a technological perspective.

About
VIOLON

Tradition and innovation come together in this project, which demonstrates how the design quality of Alias is timeless and ageless.
The Violon shell, structure and seat are constructed in such a way that they can be elastically deformed and then returned to their original shape, enveloping those who sit on it “in an embrace”. A chair of extraordinary comfort specifically designed for relaxing both at home and in lounge areas.
