DRY Collection

Alberto Meda, 2019

The geometry of the legs and the connection between structure and top have been reworked and DRY is now the perfect synthesis of the kind of design thinking that finds extraordinary compositional richness in formal simplicity. The elegant aluminium base is broken down into an attractive shape thanks to a joint that becomes the key detail of the entire project. The glass top combines functionality and aesthetics in a single element, revealing the beauty of the structure.

About
DRY

It was in 1987 that Alberto Meda experimented with compact polyurethane moulded with metal on the Dry table. Today, this project is the centrepiece of Alias collections in displaying company’s ability to bring together stylistic lightness and cutting-edge technology.
Alias' experience in working with materials of different kinds stimulates the designer's creativity, resulting in multiple interpretations of the same table. DRY is the perfect synthesis of the kind of design thinking that finds extraordinary compositional richness in formal simplicity.
