From Gabriele and Oscar Buratti’s experience in the field of woodwork comes HIWOOD, a project that explores the world of manufacturing technologies and the new formal expressions made possible by them. HIWOOD is a table in oak veneered plywood that is tapered in all its parts, becoming an extremely thin sheet of wood: a simple and archetypal architectural style of zero thicknesses, creating a geometry that is reduced to a minimum, stretched and particular.
