Biography
Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, the golden couple of Italian design, have been designing products that buck trends for over 25 years. Their approach is above all philosophical: searching for essence in each project, closer to the concept of balance of oriental cultures than to Nordic style, the aim of their work is not only the aesthetic result but also well-being. They have received numerous international prizes and awards such as the ADI Compasso D’Oro, the Elle Decoration International Design Award, the Red Dot, the Design Plus, the Good Design Award and the German Design Award. They designed the AluZen (2018) and AluZen Soft (2019) upholstery systems for Alias.
