Il Roccolo Abitato

Combining tradition and a vision of the future, the Roccolo abitato won the prestigious German Design Award 2020, an international award presented by the German Design Council.
Among the furnishings selected for the presentation of the Roccolo abitato, conceived as a vertical place that connects the earth to the cosmos through the soul in order to escape from the pressure of the urban world with the modesty of simple forms and natural materials, the Manzù armchair stands out. It is an edition of the historic project by Pio Manzù, a brilliant protagonist of Italian car design in the 1960s.
